1. Can I exchange my item for a different style or color?

We believe you're going to love our products, however if for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied, please email us immediately at info@glitzglamr.com. All of our items are made-to-order so we do not accept returns unless we made an error. All exchanges must be received within 10 days of receipt of product and products must be unworn in their original condition and packaging. We will gladly do whatever we can to make you a happy and long term customer. All sales are final on personalized/ customized items and are therefore non-exchangeable. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2. How do you ship your products?

Our website supports shipping to the continental 48 US states and Canada. Please inquire about shipping to any other country. Our standard domestic shipping is typically USPS 1st Class or Priority Mail at a flat shipping rate of $6.50 (2 to 7 days). We also offer USPS Express for orders up to 3 pounds for $33.95 (guaranteed 1 - 2 days). We do our best to get orders out within 48 hours, but since most of our products are made to order processing time can be up to 10 business days in some cases. We ship USPS 1st Class ($17.50) or Priority International ($34.95) to Canada. Please note that 1st Class to Canada can take up to 3 weeks due to Customs and can not be tracked. Priority to Canada shipping time is typically 6 - 10 days. If you need to make special arrangements or need something by a particular date please contact us in advance - rush charges may apply. We are not responsible for items after they ship. Insurance is available to cover lost or damaged shipments at an additional charge - it is not included in our standard shipping charges. Please inquire if interested in insurance.

3. How do I care for my product?

We strongly advise hand washing all of our garments inside out and laying flat to dry.

4. Can I request a different embellishment than what is shown?

Yes, if you would prefer a different color or style than what is pictured please contact us. We will do our best to accomodate your requests.
